Delete Your Vehicle Buddy AI Data

Delete an uploaded manual

1. Open Vehicle Buddy AI and sign in.
2. Open the navigation menu and select Document Management.
3. Select the manual you want to remove and choose Delete, then confirm.

To request deletion of other account data while retaining your account, email support@vehiclebuddyai.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the data you want deleted in your request.

Data deleted

Deleting an individual manual removes the manual and its associated metadata and vector embeddings from normal use.

Your Vehicle Buddy AI account, other uploaded manuals, saved vehicles, favorites, maintenance records, and subscription remain active.

Data retained

A deleted manual's records and files are permanently removed from our production systems within 90 days. Deleted data may also remain in encrypted disaster-recovery backups for up to 90 days, where it is not available for normal use or to other users. To delete all account data, use our account-deletion process.
