Delete Your Vehicle Buddy AI Account

Request account deletion

1. Open Vehicle Buddy AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the navigation menu and select Account.
3. Select Delete Account, then confirm the two deletion prompts.

If you cannot access the app or your account, email support@vehiclebuddyai.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject line.

Data deleted

Deleting an account permanently deletes data associated with it from our production systems, including:

• Account identity and sign-in profile
• Uploaded vehicle manuals, document metadata, and derived vector embeddings
• Saved vehicles, favorites, maintenance records, service history, and related notes
• Subscription records held by Vehicle Buddy AI and the associated RevenueCat customer record
• Per-account usage, quota, and maintenance-cache records

Saved chat history is stored on your device and is removed by the in-app account-deletion process for the current device.

Data retained

Deleted data may remain in encrypted disaster-recovery backups for up to 90 days, where it is not available for normal use or to other users. Apple and Google may retain their own purchase and subscription transaction records under their respective legal and retention obligations. Deleting your Vehicle Buddy AI account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it through the store where you purchased it.
